ComfortCycle Home SMS Program
Program description
The ComfortCycle Home SMS Program is an optional Home Services text program. Marketing texts feature home-comfort resources, seasonal HVAC tips, maintenance content, and newly published tools. Account notifications confirm enrollment, deliver requested filter or maintenance reminders, and provide subscription updates. Topics include HVAC filters, thermostat settings, seasonal startup checks, ventilation, airflow, heating preparation, cooling preparation, and routine equipment care. ComfortCycle Home is a homeowner resource platform. It is not a licensed contractor, installer, repair company, or service provider, and it does not perform, dispatch, schedule, supervise, guarantee, or warrant any home improvement or HVAC work.
Message categories
- Account Notifications: Requested filter and maintenance reminders, opt-in and opt-out confirmations, and replies to HELP requests. Message frequency varies based on account activity.
- Marketing: Promotional offers, new resources and tools, featured home comfort guides, and special campaigns. Message frequency varies, generally up to 4 messages per month.
Opt-in method
You join by checking one or both unchecked SMS consent boxes on our contact page and providing a valid mobile number. Providing a phone number alone is not consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase, access, or use of the website.

STOP instructions
Reply STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT at any time to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages unless you opt in again. Example: "ComfortCycle Home: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this program. Reply START to re-enroll."
HELP instructions
Reply HELP for help, or contact support@comfortcyclehome.com. Example: "ComfortCycle Home SMS Program: Home comfort tips and requested HVAC reminders. Need help? Email support@comfortcyclehome.com or call +1 (307) 805-2136. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel."
First message
Your first text identifies ComfortCycle Home, confirms the category you selected, and states frequency, rates, and STOP and HELP instructions. Example: "ComfortCycle Home: You're enrolled in marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. We are a homeowner resource, not a contractor or service provider."

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided. US numbers only.

Mobile opt-in data policy
Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes. This includes contractors, service providers, lead aggregators, and third-party marketers. This information is never used for marketing or lead generation by anyone other than ComfortCycle Home.
